1. Stop the IVMS server and all the service, then open the server installation directory.
2. Find the Mdump folder, then delete all the file.
3. Backup IVMSCacheSvr.exe, IVMSDataSvr.exe, IVMSTrackReader.exe files, and replace the new file to this side.
4. Restart the server, then check if it still write Mdump log frequently.
